500Ls or Less Jungle Tigress

I've often heard life can be like a jungle. But what does that really mean? It's means life is full of surprises and can become wild at anytime. So why not prepare my amazing reader? In today's post I'm going to show you how to earn your tiger stripes and be called a jungle tigress.

In the jungle, proper attire is always needed. Luckily, Les Encantades has recently released Lanneth. It will include a part chain mail top that turns into a brown leather material to your hips. This top is laced on the slides and back with grey string but gold buttonholes. The top has five brown leather straps that go across the upper chest down to the waist line, the straps are buckled in place with a gold circle clamps. The sleeves a soft fabric but held up by a beautiful hand crafted leather armband with details. The straps on these arm bands buckle as well with a gold buckle. The panties to this attire is made with a mix of cloth and leather. The leather on the panties have embellishment of the same hand carved details on the arm bands. The booths a brown leather as well but has two gold chains dangling across the  ankle. Finally we have two vines creeping up the legs to help with camouflage.

Next we need hair, EMO-tions has recently released Sabienne. Sabienne, is swept back into a loose tucked up bun. Locks fall free from the bun and across the face as a leather band with gold circle help hold it in place. After all running in the jungle our hair is never in a perfect bun because the jungle is unpredictable.

Our Jungle Tigress styling is complete. You are now ready to earn your stripes!

500Ls or Less A Fair Maiden

Just another day of role-play! I'm sure you've noticed a pattern now huh? But I figured since I haven't done a 500Ls or Less post in a while, why not make one today? It's always hard to find role-play items that have high quality textures and could be considered 'realistic'. Luckily Les Encantade released a new set of gowns at the We Love Roleplay SIM called AraBella. AraBella is simply beautiful with the floral pattern of aqua ivy-vines and a touch of beige leaves. The corset is made of a dark brown cloth that gives enough support yet comfortable to wear. But how much is this gown? Let's see, if we take off 25%, it will cost you 150Ls. That's right, you heard right! $150Ls for this gown and it's available in 4 other patterns! If blue floral isn't your taste come look at the  other colors that are available.

Wanting to keep the theme of a fair maiden, I headed over to Emo-tions and picked up there new release Giselle. The golden locks flow down into perfect curls that drape to the front of AraBella & the back. When I selected this hair style I knew right away it was perfect! Oh! and the price for the hair? 250Ls

In total a fair maiden styling will cost you the grand total of 400Ls!

In today's blog post the picture was taken by the wonderful Sydney Bonde. This amazing photographer is one of the owners of IMPACT PhotoWorx. She is a diamond in the rough! Her prices are affordable and she always goes the extra mile to try to get your pictures done in the time frame you wish. 500Ls or Less The Red Woman

It's that time again! 500Ls or less! In today's styling I tried another Game of Thrones theme but with a modern twist. One character that is seen, but her story hasn't fully unfolded is Melisandre or commonly known as The Red Woman. Now, where to get good RP items? Les Encantade! Wandering over to Les Encantade I couldn't, at first, make up my mind on which one to buy, but then Persephone caught my eye. Persephone is a lovely red and black silk gown that drops to the floor.  It's trimmed in gold at the bottom of the gown, waist, and plunging neckline. The straps of the Persephone gown is high quality gold metal that matches the accessories of ruby arm bands, necklace, and crown. How could I say no? This assemble comes with almost everything you need! Cost? Try 200Ls! A steal if you ask me!

Next I needed to find long crimson hair similar to The Red Woman. Recalling EMO-tions new release Rosi I rushed over to buy it. Once bought I couldn't forget the final touch of a red lips and VA-LA! You have The Red Woman's styling for a total cost of 445Ls! So.... whatcha waitin for? Click on the hyperlinks below and you'll be in front of the items. It's easy as 1...2....3! Happy shopping!

Are You Going To Scarborough Fair....

Or maybe the Hair Fair & Medieval Fair V? I went to both! It seems my period styling’s have yet to come to an end and today's blog post is no different.

If you've been a follower for a while now you'd know I did a blog post on the Hair Fair last year called What Is The Hair Fair.... BUT for those of you who haven't.... that's okay!  Let me recap at bit, depending on the designer at the Hair Fair a certain percentage of the proceeds will go toward "Wigs for Kids" Charity.  The one I've selected is from [ Oblivion ] called Middle-Age 032. It suited perfectly for the new release by Les Encantades called Grace. But Grace can only be found at the Medieval Fair, which ends TODAY, July 19th. Oh! The Grace gown is only 200Ls, yet again another amazing design at an affordable price. Now, the down side to my knowledge is once both fairs are over, these two items will be gone. AKA this means act fast to go buy them. All you have to do is click the hyperlinks below and you will be standing right in front of them. No hunting them down is needed.

Now I haven't forgotten about the accessories. Wanting to find something that brings attention, I head over to Chop Zuey and picked up the jewelry set called Paparazzi III. In this styling you can see the shimmering bracelets and necklace are breathtaking. However, the necklace you see in this picture is actually three of the same necklaces. What I did with this styling is layer the same necklace one on top of the other. If you need assistance in getting your necklace to look this way please IM me in world, Eibhline Resident.

AND there we have it! Yet another period piece styling that will have any person bow deeply before you saying, "Your majesty" I'd like to end this blog post with one of my favorite songs. For those of you who got the title of my post, bravo & brava! For the people who didn't, please enjoy this youtube video below.

Humbly M'lord...

My day off and I'm watching The Tudors & Braveheart. There's something about the middle ages and renaissance that I adore! So I thought why not create a styling from this time period? In the past I've done some mashes of different styles in other posts, but today I am going toward the traditional route. Thankfully  the store Les Encantades can help me out with their new release, founded only at The Conquest SIM, called Lyanna Azur. I fell in love! For those of you who watch the Game of Throne's, Lyanna Azue was inspired from the Stark House of Winterfell. Les Encantades does offers 4 other gowns inspired by the other lands, and YES they are all a MUST have, but act fast! It's there for a limited time only! Cost of the gown? Try $200Ls, a steal if you ask me!

Wanting to keep the traditional route I headed over to Oblivion and picked up the hair called Middle-Age 025. What I love most about this hair is you can wear it with or without a hat; the hat comes in six colors. The hair itself can be worn as an updo completely or an updo with a low ponytail (in the picture I have my hair all up without a low ponytail). Now if you're one of those people who say Oblivion doesn't have good textures, you are mistaken. Oblivion has updated their vendors! The textures are vibrant and honestly, for me, it was hard to pick which color to use.

Finally I needed a piece of jewelry that will pull this look together. Chop Zuey has recently released a new set called Chandrani. In this styling I didn't get the chance to use the stunning earrings and bracelets that comes with this set, however I was able to use the necklace. If you look at this necklace closely you can see how magnificent it really is. When I placed the Chandrani necklace on, my styling is complete.

What do you think? Leave a comment below or share this styling with a friend!

The links below will take you straight to the items that I am wearing in the pictures. Happy shopping!

A Proper Noble Lady

This gown is enchanting and a wonderful design for any role-player. Made of mesh, the gown has been created with a full skirt and puff sleeves. The collar for this gown is set in lovely jews, which is copyable. Due to this I was able to use the same collar to create a hair piece. The Regina gown comes in 6 different colors and can only be found at We Love Role-Play SIM. Because its so popular, you might experience some lag there, so let me provide you with a direct link to land in front of the item: Regina Gown Direct Landing. To be kept up to date on what is being sold on the We Love Role-Play SIM please visit their website: https://weloveroleplay.wordpress.com.

I'm sure your wondering where I got the hair I am wearing. I will tell! It's an combination of EMO-tions Nefertiti and Eles hair. How? First make a copy of Nefertiti hair and then wear the Eles hair. Next wear the Nefertiti hair and then wear another the copy of the Nefertiti. At this point you are wearing three different hairs. Leave Eles hair where it is at, but for both of the Nefertiti hair move it up closer to the front of the head. Next use your 'edit' menu in your pie chart, you can find this when you click on your avi. In the box that pulls up, you will see 'rotation' use it to shift the first Nefertiti hair to a slight left, then take the copy of Nefertiti and 'rotation' it to the right. There you have it! The same hair from the picture below. Should you need assistants in this please contact me in world.

Wanting to add a touch of accessories for my ears the Bijouxor Design from Alienbear are lovely. They are simple but elegant earrings. When you do buy this item it comes with a necklace and earrings. I know what your thinking, great this might cost a lot since it comes with a necklace. Nope! Try 85Ls for the Bijouxor Design and Ta da! You have your full styling for a proper Noble Lady

My readers, If you need any help with copying the same look I've created please don't hesitate to contact me in world. I'd be happy to help!

Prepare For Les Encantade

Remember the SIM called Genre? If not, Genre is a SIM where certain designers are selected to place out unique creations. There I found a new store called Les Encantades and I fell in love. Les Encantade is created by the talented Anouk Haiku. Anouk creations consists of stunning role-play medieval, gothic, and fantasy ensembles. I can tell you this much, her designs inspires me! Radella is one  I must share. Radella is an enchanting gown with fur collar (removable), gold trim waist line & bust, and has gold stars trickling down the shimming fabric of the floor length skirt. But that's all not all!  It comes with an unique tiara and shoulder accessory. The unique shoulder accessory I wanted to use again for the bracelets. Luckily the items are easily copyable! I took Chop Zuey L'Aricaine cuffs and attached the copy items of the shoulder accessory to the cuffs. Then ta-da! You have matching bracelets!

Now, time for hair! Cadice Deux from Zibska suits beautifully. It's modifiable which allowed me to add blue streaks, bring back the blue in the gown. The same blue color I used for the streaks I was able to use for the modifiable, U Color It makeup set from Madrid Solo Cosmetics. In case you want to do the same. The color code for the blue that I used for hair and makeup is - Red: 26, Green: 69,  Blue: 96. Wanting to break up the coloring, I added another makeup from Madrid Solo Cosmetics Insanity Plea in gold. The complete styling reminds me of the Hunger Games meets the 1700s. What do you think? It makes me want to say, "May the odds ever be in your favor."

I wanted to show Radella gown in different wind light settings because the gown is beautiful.

Radella gown can only be found on the Genre SIM. Please know this stunning creation will be available until January 31, 2015.
